Kristy Popova

The founder's story.

Kristy Popova is a certified reiki and yoga practitioner.

She came to this work through her own experience, finding slowly that breath, movement, sound, and nervous-system work could help her feel steadier inside her own life.

A little more at home in herself, and in her space.

She built Pure Living Practice so that work could be more accessible, and a little easier to come back to.
