Outdoor Sunset Yoga (Tuesdays) - David Lam Park
Product Description
An Invitation to Return to Your Body — Pure Living Practice
A weekly invitation to return to your body. Sunset yoga with Pure Living Practice & Kristy Popova is slow movement, breath, and presence — designed for a regulated nervous system and a grounded way to meet the week.
This is not about achieving poses or pushing your limits. It's about listening inward, moving at a pace that feels safe, and building a steadier relationship with your own body through repetition and gentle awareness.
What to Expect
- Slow, intentional movement (all levels welcome; modifications offered)
- Breathwork and present-moment practice
- Space to soften and release tension held in the body
- A small, grounded community gathered in natural light at golden hour
Why Tuesday, Why Weekly
Consistent practice is how the nervous system actually changes. Showing up to the same practice, at the same time, teaches your body it's safe. Over time, that steadiness becomes embodied.
